“I am writing to tell you about the wonderful service my father and I received from your company.  Let me start from the beginning, while looking for a moving company I called about 20 other companies.  At Allstar I dealt with Jan on the phone in getting a price quote and answering my questions as a first time mover on my own.  Jan was very polite and professional and helpful.”

After looking over all my price quotes I went with Allstar Movers not based on price but based on personality.  I felt very confident in your company by the way you helped me out.  I booked the move for Saturday.  On Friday I received a confirmation call letting me know my movers would arrive between 7 and 9 am.  I was very pleased that I got a confirmation call it was very professional and courteous.

The morning of my move I received a call around 6:50 am from the mover.  He informed me that he was en route to my house and would arrive in 10 minutes.  This was a VERY professional and courteous thing to do.  It is over and beyond what I expected.  Sure enough 10 minutes later the movers arrived, introduced themselves, went over the inventory sheet with me and got to work.  They were very careful with my furniture and very polite to my father and I.  They packed very fast yet carefully.  They then caravanned with my father and I to my new apartment where they came up to look at it and get the lay out.  They then started unloading and asked where I would like each piece of furniture as they brought it up.  They put everything where I asked and even fixed a little screw on my futon that was loose.  Overall they were very efficient, polite, careful and professional.  They went above and beyond what I expected and they represented your company very well.

I had a wonderful experience working with your company overall and will gladly recommend you to all of my friends and family who are looking for movers.  As I told the movers I fully intend to call ya’all and have you help me move again in 9 months when my lease is up here.”
